Jen joined our team in 2024 as Executive Assistant to Kristin A. Nordahl, CFP®, CLU®. Jen is responsible for the many aspects of servicing our clients in a timely manner and account processing.
Jen brings many years of experience handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, and often serves as the first point of contact for our clients. Jen is responsible for coordinating all aspects of account management activities. All of these activities help our clients reach their financial goals.
Prior to joining our team, Jen worked for Baystate in our Exeter, NH office for several years as an Executive Assistant to multiple advisors. After taking a break from Baystate to explore a bookkeeping role in a small family business in Danvers, MA, she returned to Baystate in February 2022, once again based in the Exeter, NH office. Jen resides in Newbury, MA with her husband Mark. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially with her new granddaughter, Poppy.
